Is “Unbreakable Spirit®” officially registered?
“Unbreakable Spirit” is currently going through the official registration process. Once approved, we will proudly display the ® symbol to mark it as a registered trademark. Until then, you’ll see us use the name as part of our brand identity, while the legal process is being finalized.
What does the brand represent?
This brand stands for overcoming adversity, surviving hardship, and transforming pain into purpose. It’s for the fighters, dreamers, and everyday people who’ve been through something and still rise — stronger, wiser, and more determined.
The sun logo symbolizes light, life, and rebirth — a reflection of the energy we carry even in the darkest moments. Our slogan, “Unbreakable Spirit,” reminds the world that no matter what tries to break us, we don’t bend.
This is a Black-owned brand, and every product we offer represents a real story, a real voice, and real strength.
Who created the brand?
The brand was founded by Cierpa Nzomambou, also known as Pape Chacool, artist, entrepreneur, and storyteller.
It was co-founded by Yoweli Nkonta Mokono, a creative partner who shares the same passion for culture, identity, and purpose.

Return Policy
Beloved customers, and supporters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at our email address, with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We strive to process and ship orders within 1- 3 business days after payment is confirmed. please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

we currently ship to some part of Europe and the united states, canada and special orders to people in the contient of Africa at a different rate. if your country is not listed, please contact us.

● expedited shipping (if available): delivery usually takes 3- 10 business days
